Search the table list on the portal

I would like to publish a list of currently occurring incidents to the requester on the portal so that the requester can search for the incident content by "free word" from the list.

I know how to list the tables in the portal, but I don't know how to implement a search field to search the contents with free words.

Please lend me your wisdom.
