We have activated EMR Help Plugin for accessing ServiceNow within Epic and without Leaving Epic. A portal got installed (emr_assist) with this plugin. We have associated the AI search to this portal. When we are launching this portal within Epic, the search is not working consistently.sometimes we were coming across the below screen during the search.
