We are working on a "tagging exercise" for routers and switches. Service Now is able to discover the actual device (router in this case) and it is able to discover the Interfaces on the router as well. My understanding is that there are tables for devices, tables for interfaces and tables for tags. When we perform the BULK upload of tags from the tag table to the interface table, the tags in the tag table get populated in the tag table and not the interface table. Have you experienced this issue and how do we resolve it?
