Dear experts,
Kindly guide on how we should see ServiceNow as - PaaS, SaaS or aPaaS or ITaaS?
A clear differentiation would help citing if ServiceNow is aPaaS - how it is not an PaaS or a SaaS. (kind of explanation)
Cheers,
Anish

ServiceNow can act as both PaaS and SaaS.
e,g You can use NOW platform as PaaS since you can build custom apps, NOW mobile apps on NOW platform.
Also, since NOW platform applications like HRSD, CSM, ITBM etc are hosted on cloud, you can say that it's SaaS as well.

Sachin

NOW platform can work as PaaS as well since you don't have to buy OOB applications and you can build your own custom apps.

ok, so that means if an account or consumer buys the ServiceNow platform with application subscriptions then it is a aPaaS or else it is a PaaS. Got it. Thanks!
