ServiceNow Plugin Installation from Store: Operational Technology Manager

Hello team,

I was reviewing the plugin Operational Technology Manager from ServiceNow Store and i noticed that against the module version it shows Unresolved Dependencies as shown below. Does anyone who what does it mean? There is a bug in installation?

 Unresolved dependencies ->Unavailable to install in production
