I understand that there is a capability of using the QR code scanner in the now mobile app. However, as I can see a login account is required to use the now mobile app before scanning a QR code. There is a requirement that a QR code needs to be generated in ServiceNow for a specific record. Once this QR code is scanned, it should redirect to the ServiceNow portal page where the documents can be uploaded. Also, there should be an authentication(like a password generated and stored in ServiceNow) to validate the QR scanning to avoid the potential data breach.
Is there any option available for using the now mobile app as a guest user with some custom authentication?
