I am the admin for an org using ServiceNow ITSM. The organization is contracting for ServiceNow Vault.
I am reading the documentation to get an overview of Vault in preparation for implementation.
I need help understanding the documentation.
This statement is included in the ServiceNow Documentation, on a page entitled "Install Vault Plugins":
"ServiceNow Vault is best used with other ServiceNow security products. Install and configure the other plugins to make the most of your tools and metrics."
There is no further information provided on the page. I don't know what "the other plugins" are.
How can I determine what the other plugins are that are referred in this statement? Any help would be most appreciated.
