Roles issue in AI Agent

Hi , 

 

I want to define in the AI agent who should be able to use the AI agent in VA. Basically , i want the user to have itil role and then that user should be able to go to the VA and my agent should trigger based on his query. My agent should not trigger in VA for any user having a lesser role than this.

 

For example - a user having itil role , agent should trigger in the virtual agent. An user having 'snc_internal" will not have my agent triggered in the virtual agent. 

 

where can I do that ?

You should be able to do that in the "Define user access" part of the AI Agent configuration.

Also be aware that there is another role list in the Asset configuration within VA Designer. My guess is that you will want these to be equivalent:
