Set Default Dashboard per Role

We have had a default dashboard set for all users as their "homepage" when they log into SN. They could still change it of course, but it was good for anyone logging into SN for the first time as an ITIL user to see (IT users).
However, we now have CSM and those users don't have access to the dashboard because it's set for ITIL users using ITSM. Right now, they get a permissions error since they can't access the default dashboard.
Is there a way to have 2 defaults, one for ITIL and one for CSM agent (sn_customerservice_agent)? This way new CSM agents will see the CSM default board and new IT agents will see the IT default dashboard.

Unfortunately, that is referring to Homepages, not dashboards.
Homepages have been deprecated in San Diego (Polaris)

above will set the default dashboard for all users
for role based dashboard you may need to modify a little from the link I sent but that should work.
