share previous result of Survey, get update previous answer and save update result in new instance.

Hi. 

 

we have very long survey and we need update it quarterly base. to do it, I am looking for a solution to share previous result with survey taker, they update previous answer and save update answer+ previous answers(whole new survey) in a new instance. I hope you can help me.
