Hi,
We have a security requirement to have an SPF record as part of our DNS, which defines which IP addresses can send email as @emaildomainname.com. The SPF record has been implemented with a number of IP addresses.
FYI - some 3rd parties block email coming from other IP addresses based on the SPF record, this is happening for servicenow as the email comes from an IP not in the SPF record.
Are you able to supply me with a list of IP addresses that servicenow (across all of our instances (prod; preprod, dev and test) uses to send email from @emaildomainname.com, so the IP addresses can be added to the SPF record?
Thanks
