Standard Catalog auto pop in servicenow

In our organization, we've developed many standard catalog request forms with workflows. Additionally, we have non-catalog request forms for requests that aren't covered by the standard catalogs. However, we're encountering a challenge: with so many standard catalogs, our service desk team struggles to find the correct one each time, leading to instances where non-catalog requests are created even when a standard catalog exists. Is there a way in ServiceNow for available catalogs to be automatically suggested based on the ticket description?
