MacOS context menus

Hi,

Usually when I right click on a field on a form on a windows machine it shows various options like watch variable, variable dictionary, etc... But when I do this on a macbook using macos catalina the main context menu shows up instead. I've confirmed it works the same across chrome, safari..

Does anyone know the cause of this that can help me fix this?, if it is fixable at all.

So I am on MacOS and I see the config menu when I right click a field just like you do in windows.  Is it different for you if you click other places on your form?  Does user make a difference?  I am trying to find a cause for you.

All I have been able to find is this suggestion:  Turn on the Developer tool using F12 key and look into the console. There you may find some errors and you may need to fix those errors. This may be due to some syntax error in onLoad client script.

I dont think this is the issue, I reset my instance and went to the default incident form. I right click on the 'short description' field on the form and expect a small menu like configure label, configure dictionary, watch field, but i get this instead.

I am not sure what is happening for you.  When I right click on a field label on my Mac, I get Configure Label, Configure Directory, etc.  If I do it as a non-admin, I get "watch - label_name".  All just as you would expect.  If you get different results with the same user, on the same form, and same view with only the OS being different, that is very odd.  I would suspect some UI Action difference, but it doesn't know which OS you are running on.

Works the same in New York and Madrid for me.
