Success Dashboard PDI

HI, All

Trying to set up the success dashboard for the first time on the PDI (using Washington but same on Xanadu) and found issue that that I could not find the answer to.

In the admin console under Knowledge Deflection, I get the warning saying “You need to change the record in the ITSM Success Dashboard indicators scope. Contact your system administrator.”

Have someone in the community has seen it before and know how to address it thanks for assistance.
