System Clone Issues

I'm trying to request a System Clone from our production instance down to dev. When I create the Clone Request and click submit, I get an error message that says "Preservers cannot be empty".
I've checked our list of data preservers and it's not empty. I've read through the documentation and other community posts but can't find anything related to this.
Additionally, here is a screenshot of the Clone Draft that gets saved after we try to submit the request.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Is there anyway to create a clone profile that copies all the out of the box preserves and then I can just add my additional exclusion and cleanup scripts?

When you create a new clone profile it should have all the defaults.

System clone has 25 things in Preserver while the clone profile I created only at 17. I click on edit to see if I could add more but nothing was in the available list.

I've read KB1431330, but I don't understand what I need to do. If we don't need any additional preserver besides what is in the system profile, does it mean I need to copy one of the preservers from system profile to my profile just so that it has at leaset 1 record? This profile has been used prior to Utah without any issues.

Hi, if you still need help here's what I did to correct the issue:
- Navigate to your clone profile
- At the bottom there is a related list called Preservers > Click the edit button
- Add any/all listed items > click save
You should then be able to schedule a clone.
