The delivery time in the Service Portal is different than the Service Catalog

The Delivery Time value in the Service Portal for my offboarding catalog item displays a different value than what is showing in the Service Catalog. The Service Catalog is correct; 3 days. The expected time in the workflow is correct also. Does the Service Portal calculate this value differently and if it does, where does it occur? Thanks for your help.
