The Request Approved (Request Approved) stage is displayed at the end of the activity workflow. How can I disable or manage this?

Hello Tien,
Most likely this is happening because you have in the workflow that stage defined with a the highest order, even though it's not used in the WF.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/administer/using-workflows/task/t_UsingWorkflowStages.html
Please use the above and validate whether I'm right and, if that is the case, remove it.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
Its not RITM's stage as Request Approved value in workflow stages. It's shows Parent request associated with RITM request is approved.
There is a business rule on the table sc_request: "Cascade Request Approval to Request Item" sets the stage to "request_approved" for all requested items with stage="waiting_for_approval" (the default value).
Removal/Hiding of the 'Request Approved' stage from displaying on RITM list-view (and in general)
Thanks,
Sagar Pagar

Hey,
Please go through below article regarding Request Approved stage.
Ritm is showing stage 'Request Approved' even though no request level approver does not exist.
Feel free to mark correct, If I answered your query.
