Time to upload AutoCAD / dxf file (floorplans)

Hi - wondering if anyone can share their experience uploading .dxf files (floorplans)?

We are trying to upload a 4mb file - so far it's taken well over 30 mins and we can't see any progress to tell if it's working or not. Given that its converting tags and such, I'm not sure if it's supposed to take this long, or if is having problems.

We're not seeing any errors, just a circular icon and the message "Gathering floor plan data from DXF file".

It depends on dxf file size.

Set the com.glide.attachment.max_get_size system property to a size that is greater or equal to the dxf.json file size to resolve your issue.

Thanks Sachin - unfortunately it turned out to be the specific file itself. We did try this suggestion, and put it to 5meg regardless.

If property value increase is not helping you, then i will suggest you to create HI incident to resolve this issue.
