Hi all,
Have started building out a number of Agent Workspaces for core IT modules and some custom applications as want to bring a new UI and feel to the teams.
All is going fine, apart from the Timeline Ribbon Widget. It looks a cool concept, but anytime I load it into one of the workspaces, just seems to sit there loading?
Not really sure how to set this up if there is any config required. Trying to load against the view for Incidents and some custom apps .
Any help would be appreciated

Yeah so figured this out.
1) You need to go to resolution shaper table
2) Click on Show List, and then create a new entry
3)
Task Table : Table you want the widget to work against, in this example Incident
Requester States: What states in your record, do you consider the ticket with the requester to action.
New State: What state in your ticket, is the record considered new
Closed State: What state in your ticket, is the record considered closed
Fullfiller Label: What do you want to label (call) the person who handles records
Requester Label: What do you want to label (call) the person who requests something
Request Label: What do you want to label (call) the record in question
So by doing the above my timeline widget now works for Incidents.
I was also able to put this widget working on a number of custom tables, for Workspaces I built for Custom Apps
