Hello all,
I am currently trying to use Tufin Orchestration Suite to open firewall change requests via the Tufin API. However, when I open a firewall change request using the "Submit Firewall Change Request" action, I do not get a TicketID back.
Can I set this up later or do I need to copy the action and then modify it?
Thanks a lot!
Greetings
Nico

Update:
I posted this question on the tufin developer community plattform.
They told me:
"Currently that action does not return the ticket ID, only a success or failure status. Now that the ticket ID is available in the HTTP POST response, we will look into adding that as an output of a successful ticket creation."
