Twilio Reply Ingestion

Hello,

 

I have recently set up Twilio to send SMS to a group when certain criteria is met.

 

I am next looking to set up a way so replies to the automated message will be ingested into the ServiceNow Incident ticket form.

 

Is there a simple way to do this or any material on something like this?
