Hi Harish,
you have the ITIL users and the ESS users.
ITIL users - able to work on Incidents/Tasks.
ESS users - normal users trying to access ServiceNow.
Apart from these, each application will have their own set of users.
Regards,
Krishna

Hi
There are 4 types of users in SNOW.
1) ESS - End user
2) ITIL - One with ITIL role
3) Specialized Administrator - One with Admin rights for a certain module
4) System Administrator - One with Complete admin rights over the system
If my answer is helpful to you please mark as correct/helpful.

Hi all,
If it's for Service ID, which category it should fall under? The team is trying to develop some automation work while requiring a system ID/service ID that the password change will be exempted.
