I can not see config, style and event tabs in Ui Builder configuration . And also especially i am looking for data source tabs similar to tutorials. But my configuration panel is not same with others.

You need to check the following:
1. Check if you have ui_builder_admin role.
2. Check if you are in the correct Application Scope.
3. I see you are using Human resource Workspace, for HR we have a dedicated UI builder for agent workspace for HR case management :
4. Make sure you have selected the right Experience :
