I created a ticket with Service Now Learning Team and they proposed updating the priorities to 100 and 200 respectively:

You need to remove the Filter option just as Nikil bajaj has removed

the reason is two things have got combined in the recent release.

As per your earlier snapshot, i can see entry in the filter condition.

Try this change and let me know if it still doesn't work.

in this task, there is no need to have a filter condition for the discovery source since you are defining the discovery source in the reconciliation rule itself.
