I created a ticket with Service Now Learning Team and they proposed updating the priorities to 100 and 200 respectively:
That completed the task validation successfully.

Nevermind... i somehow passed the validation checks by completely getting rid of all the filters...LOL i dont know how that works????

No filters are required. If you review the eLearning training for the CMDB Paris Delta features, it is all explained clearly. But since you are building the rule within a class, no filter is needed unless you wanted the rule to apply to specific types of CIs within a class. Glad it worked. Thanks.

Thanks Glenn, i realised a bit late haha. I was not aware of the CMDB Paris Delta feature training. i was only set to complete the CMDB fundamentals course by my trainer, and just thrown in the deep end so it was hard to figure out what i was supposed to do. thanks for your explanation, it makes a lot more sense now.

Hi I have done the same as it is suggested above for task 09 for CMDB. I created two separate reconciliation rule for LANDesk and ServiceNow. But still getting the error
