I created a ticket with Service Now Learning Team and they proposed updating the priorities to 100 and 200 respectively:
That completed the task validation successfully.

Hi Vaughn,
I was able to complete Task 10 successfully upon execution of given script. However, at Task 11: Test Reconciliation for LANDesk, I had to raise another ticket with Service Now learning team for help. Unfortunately, they did not share the configuration fix that resolved the issue and neither was I able to figure out the proposed configuration change by myself. I would recommend you raise a case with Service Now learning team and let us know accordingly.
