Unable to connect to Agent Chat

Hi all, 

After configuring AWA and Chat Setup - I am unable to reach any agent via Agent Chat 

 

I'm getting error: "There are no agents available at the moment. Please try again later." which is incorrect because while checking AWA Agent Presence I can see there 1 agent available. 

Can someone help with any ideas?

This can be hard to debug as there are a few things to check.  Are you sure the available agent is part of the correct queue?

You could change the agent availability message for the queue to make sure you are matched up.

How to check available agent is part of the correct queue? also how to  change the agent availability message for the queue to make sure you are matched up.

I managed to do it! The issue was that I had some bad conditions in the Queue.
