Unable to download Normalized Manufacturer Names

Hi All,

i have activate Normalization Data Services plugin on my personal instance and when i am trying to download normalized data getting below error.

does anyone face same issue/error.

Hi Bharath,

It worked on our instance.

Are you using an on-premise instance? If this is the case, the documentation say that this feature is not supported for on-premise instances.
