User profile showing different name

Whenever I am commenting in the activity log in the Nithin Sneha, but whenever on clicking of that profile it is showing Gireesh. can I get an answer for it?

I have attached the image regarding the Isuue.

I think in morning you only posted the similar issue for KB? Is any changes done in user profile? is it with one user or all?
