On the vendor management workspace, when adding a contract there is a field called 'approver' which in my instance has no users in so just wondering how I would add someone in?

Hi @joshmorris ,

Approver - User who approves or rejects the contract.

This list is filtered to only show users with the itil role.

Provide any user to ITIL role.

I gave myself itil role and does not show when selecting approver.

Hi @joshmorris ,

Check the dictionary configuration for "Approver" filed. Look for reverence qualifier there might be chance that it was amended by your colleague.
