visible the Virutal Agent Chat for a specific group

As i am new to servicenow, i have a requirement that i have to make visible a Virutal agent chat for a specific group only on Employee Center Portal.How to do so can any one guide on this.
i have attached the configuration for Virtual Agent Chat.

Hi @1_DipikaD
As far as I know, you can restrict virtual agent availability using roles only. So, in your case you can try creating a group and, in that group, you'll need to add users which belong to that specific company for which u need VA to be available. You can utilize a fix script for populating that group for the first time and in order to keep this group in sync in future you can use BRs or Flows. Once you have your group with the required users, you can assign a custom role. Later you can use that role to restrict VA.
