Hello ServiceNow Community,
When it comes to the 'due date' shown on the compact card view, does anyone know the conditions causing the 'due date' to be visualized as red font to indicate the task is overdue? See example below:
I get that it comes from whatever you specify the 'due date' field to be - in this case it's 'target date'. However, even when I 'Close complete' the task before the due date, it still shows the due date on the card as overdue when the current date passes the date of the due date. As it stands, with enough time passing, if a user has input a due date, it will inevitably show up as overdue (even if they completed the task before the due date) and I can't figure out how to tweak it.
