I would like to know the procedure to change my email address for my webassessor account.
Actually I have two accounts currently:
One with my firm email – This has my CAD Madrid exam certificate attached to it.
Other on my personal email – This has my CSA Madrid exam certificate attached to it.
I would like to merge both and get my certificates moved to one login. Can anyone please advise how this can be done?

I emailed certification@servicenow.com on Friday and got a response on Monday.
Try cc'ing - support@kryteriononline.com as they are webassessors.
Please mark as helpful or if resolved mark as correct.

can you choose to display only fullname on the certificate and no company information so you can still use it if you change firms?
