Webassessor email id merge

I would like to know the procedure to change my email address for my webassessor account.

Actually I have two accounts currently: 

One with my firm email – This has my CAD Madrid exam certificate attached to it.

Other on my personal email – This has my CSA Madrid exam certificate attached to it.

 I would like to merge both and get my certificates moved to one login. Can anyone please advise how this can be done?

I emailed certification@servicenow.com on Friday and got a response on Monday.

Try cc'ing - support@kryteriononline.com as they are webassessors.

can you choose to display only fullname on the certificate and no company information so you can still use it if you change firms?

@Andrew Robinson Can you please let us know what response have you got from ServiceNow on this? Is it even possible to merge two web assessor accounts ?
