I would like to know the procedure to change my email address for my webassessor account.
Actually I have two accounts currently:
One with my firm email – This has my CAD Madrid exam certificate attached to it.
Other on my personal email – This has my CSA Madrid exam certificate attached to it.
I would like to merge both and get my certificates moved to one login. Can anyone please advise how this can be done?

Yes, it works. They take some time (about week to a month) to merge your accounts.
