What happens after you save the Edit Memebers UI Page?

I am attempting to use Flow Designer to create records on a Related List.  The records are created as expected and appear in the Related List.  However, if I then use the Edit button (which opens Edit Members), the records are not listed on the right-hand side.  Furthermore, if I add additional items, the original records are removed from the Related List.  What am I missing?

Might be manual action overriding the flow created record.
