Dear community,
by having a look at the Capabilities the "embedded integrations" is one part of the Now Platform. Could anyone describe what it is about? Is it the integration to other systems (my understanding is that these kind of integrations are realized with the help of spokes) or what is meant?
I am looking forward to your answers 🙂
Kind Regards
C.

Hi,
As I understand it. The "Embedded integrations" is when you buy a functionality and in that is already an integration, so you don't need to buy that integration as well. But you aren't allow to customize that integration to do other things that for that functionality.
Here is an example I got while trying to figure out this 😃
"An example of an embedded Spoke is Zendesk into Software Asset Management. The customer may use this spoke inside Software Asset Management and in that case Transactions are counted (in IH Dashboard) but not counted in Subscription Management (since included in SAM product). The customer is not allowed to use the Zendesk Spoke for other use cases then SAM. If they want to use the Zendesk spoke outside SAM, the customer needs an Integration Hub entitlement. In this case for Zendesk Integration Hub Enterprise"
