When a new hire profile is created, the email address will be his personal email and on the day 1 of onboarding the email will be updated to organizations email id.
Till the time a new hire is joining, how the candidate can access the esc portal from his phone/other devices that is present outside the customer environment.
Once new hire tries to login to customers esc portal, it will block because sso, mfo might be enabled. What is the best way to implement this so that new hire can complete all the tasks that is assigned in esc portal

We created a separate portal completely for the new hires to access. Its a replica of oob portal. And we created a redirection rule based on the condition that if a new hire tries to access the esc portal, they will be redirected to new hire on-boarding portal

@swaghosh This is the most apt approach as New hires are externals till they join the organisation and they shouldn't have access to the esc portal and all the resources associated with it.
