Hi,
I would like to know what does the action in "sn_cda_event_stat" table refers to and how the count is getting updated. Is there any product documentation available for these?
I have tried generating the data after doing certain clicks, hover over on portal and tried executing the "Content Experiences Profile" Trigger, but there is no change in the data in "sn_cda_event_stat" after it has been executed
I would like to understand what is Banner click through, Banner impression mean.

The sn_cda_event_stat table in ServiceNow is part of the Content Analytics plugin. This plugin is designed to monitor and measure the impact of the content provided through platforms like the Employee Center and in campaigns.
While specific details about the action field within the sn_cda_event_stat table are not readily available in public documentation, it's reasonable to infer that this field records specific user interactions or events related to content consumption. The count associated with each action likely increments based on user engagement metrics, such as views, clicks, or other interactions with the content.
