when RITM is created the field which is selected as "No" is changing to "Yes"

There is One Catalog item: Create User Account
and there is one Order Guide: Employee Onboarding
and in which there is some field:
1. Are you onboarding AB Company Employee?
2. Select ONLY division
So when "Are you onboarding AB Company Employee?" is selected as YES then "Select ONLY division" field will come and there is some OPTIONS in it
ISSUE:
When we are selecting "NO" in "Are you onboarding AB Company Employee?"
then in RITM the value is getting populated as "YES" and "Select ONLY division" is coming as "GBS"
even though nothing is selected.
in backend also no value is given in default value

Hi @shubhi211 ,
Your inputs are changing to some other value. I suspect you either have an onSubmit catalog client script making this change or you have some logic in workflow that overwrites your inputs. Please validate both things once.
