Whenever attachment attached to requested item, requestor should notify

Hi All,

I have a requirement to notify requestor and watchlist users whenever attachment is attached in the requested item with attachment .(not all attachment which is the latest one or uploaded latest).

Please help.

Also @nowgpt ai . Client has asked to add attachment as attachment not as a link.

for this you need to have notification on sys_attachment table
