Zabbix + ServiceNow - I can't close a ticket automatically

Good morning,

 

Recently I've been testing the integration of Zabbix with Snow, and I've managed to do it. I even managed to modify the script to automatically fill in some fields. However, when the trigger is resolved on the Zabbix side, it's not changing the ticket STATE to Closed; it still remains as New. Even though it changes the Subject and puts "resolved" in the subject, the state still remains as new.

 

Can someone please help me?

Hi, unfortunately your post contains no clear details that will help the community understand your issue.
What does your payload look like? Are you setting state to the correct integer value for the tables 'closed' value.

Are all mandatory fields in the target record populated?
Perhaps you could update with clear details of your configuration and debugging.
