This does not look like a ATF issue itself.
Its coming from AI provider layer AWS bedrock.
Okay so here what I understood.
Your req was sent to bedlock.
bedlock failed to return a valid response and servicenow identified it as generic processing failure hence no fallback model was triggered.
Check if the payload exceeds model limits and check bedrock timout.
