I would like to know how business criticality field is useful on the infrastructure CI's, we have a requirement to make the field visible for business applications and Infrastructure CIs. Which infrastructure CI classes will require the business criticality field and is there any purpose

How Business Criticality is Useful on Infrastructure CIs
- Incident prioritization: When an alert or incident is raised for an infrastructure CI (like a server), the owning team can use Business Criticality to decide whether it needs an immediate P1 response or can be handled with a lower-priority, planned fix.
- Change risk evaluation: During change planning, this field helps determine how risky a change is to business operations, ensuring that highly critical CIs go through stricter approval and review processes.
- Event management (alerting): It enables more appropriate responses—an alert on a low-criticality server can be handled differently than the same alert on a mission-critical system.
- Disaster recovery and continuity planning: It aligns with RTO and RPO targets, helping teams prioritize which systems must be restored first in the event of a disruption.
