Configuring response sla only to the user whole location is UK

Hii,
I need to configure the response SLA where the SLA should only be created on a hr case when the user location is UK(united kingdom) only. so my confusion is what do i  need to give the in the condition tab to meet this requirement.

Hi @ShariqhM,

You just need to dot walk to the location of the user and add it as a start condition. 

At the end of the field list, you will find 'show related fields’, which gives you the option to use references tables.

My table do not has the caller field so do i need to user opened for with the user fields.
