I have completed Enterprise architecture fundamentals and Implementation course from ServiceNow university and Also cleared Accreditation exam for that; can someone guide me with the next step ??

I'm not sure if you are asking for guidance from a purely Now University perspective or if you are looking for guidance on how to implement what you've learned in the real world. From a ServiceNow University perspective, I know there used to be the CIS-APM exam, but it has since been deprecated.
