Hi,
I have a catalog item with a date/date-time variable and 3 levels of approvals. After approvals, my requirement is:
- Send reminder emails (2 weeks before, 1 week before, and on the selected date)
- On the selected date, create an SC Task
If the user changes the date after submission or even after approvals, the system should:
- Cancel the old schedule (reminders and task)
- Recalculate everything based on the new date
- Send reminders again (2 weeks / 1 week / on date)
- Create the SC Task based on the latest date/time
The wait condition should also update dynamically and adjust to the new date instead of using the initially captured value.
Currently, Wait for Condition / Wait for Date is not updating when the variable changes. I also don’t want to create a new field on RITM.
Is there a better way to handle this requirement?
