Initiate Contract Issue

I am unable to create a contract in the Quote section of the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. When I click on Initiate, I receive an error stating that the template does not exist, even though the template is available and published.

I am also facing another issue where, after creating one or two requests, I am no longer able to create additional ones. At that point, the system displays messages such as “cannot edit contract” and “cannot create contract.”

Has anyone encountered this issue before or can suggest possible steps to troubleshoot it?

Hi @RIMMIK 

 

1) As per this post : Email Templates Not Applying from Email Tab in CSM/FSM Workspace 

 

Check and confirm that you are using Zurich Patch 6 and above version

 

2) Check if you have any customization (like BR ) in place.

 

Note: try once in Incognito/Inprivate browser .
