On-Call schedule & Trigger rules

Hi everyone,

I have a one call schedule  (B) for multiple teams. I would like to set up notify trigger rule such that when i assign the ticket to team A it should call/escalate to B,  and if i assign to team C it should still call team B. Since team A and C are using the on call schedule of team B and they do not have separate on call schedule.

On-Call Scheduling is natively designed with a 1:1 relationship between a Schedule (Escalation Policy) and an Assignment Group.  

For your requirement , create separate trigger rules.
