OTP Problem

I am Facing Problem with my ServiceNow Account As i cannot Receive OTP so that i cannot login

Please Help Me solving This Issue as i have some Urgent work to complete

The ServiceNowID Is Same as this Email

 I can not login using my account to now portal and ServiceNow University 

as when I tried to login it requires OTP then when I open my mail to check OTP mail

I didn’t get OTP mail on MyMail bux

so i can not login
