Hi @chrisbowe91, it's difficult to tell but looking at your last screenshot, you created a favourite of the PRB record however it doesn't look like you actually submitted it - this was covered off in the Forms task so review that and ensure all of the required fields are completed and the PRB is submitted (you may have to create a new PRB with the required details and then save that as a favourite before continuing with the Tasks in the Platform task

Having another look, you've added INC0008111 to the VTB, and not PRB0040004 that you created the favourite of in the previous task.

ahoy @chrisbowe91 it seems the problem was not saved, it shows "new record" in the top-left area..

 

Also, your board under Problems have an Incident.

 

Try to save that problem as per required in the previous step(s) then associate it to the particualr column
